A theology professor and a public health specialist walk into a bar…no, there isn’t a punchline.

After retiring from a life of teaching, John decided he wanted to help bring the beauty of Korean cuisine to America. He spent several years developing recipes and preparing menu items that maximize flavor and never compromise quality, including Korean fried chicken, wings, corn dogs, and more.

After finishing grad school, Jen was looking for her next career move. Unsure if public health was the answer she was looking for, John convinced her to quit her career and join him on this adventure. Together, they created Crunchik’n.
